Funding your case
We understand the time limitations in relation to employment matters and always aim to address your concerns on the same day. Yes you can speak to an adviser almost immediately.
Following your first contact with us, our experienced employment lawyer will speak to you to either provide some basic advice and guidance on your matter, or if your matter is complex and requires a meeting then we can book you in for a fixed-fee consultation appointment.
During your initial consultation we will examine the facts of your case, look through any supporting documentation you may have, advise you on the what to do next and answer any questions you may have.
If you need further assistance – including representation at a tribunal – we work on either a fixed-fee basis or damages based agreements.
A Damages Based Agreement (DBA) is an agreement between the lawyer and client under which an agreement is made that a percentage of sums recovered in any claim will be taken by the Lawyer. It enables us to take on work on your behalf on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. We will then recover a percentage of any damages awarded to you.
DBAs have the advantage of enabling us to do work on your behalf without you paying a fee upfront. However, in some cases it may be more cost effective for you to enter into a fixed fee agreement with us.
We can talk you through all the options and help you to find a way of working with us that works for you. If you have any further questions then get in touch for free employment advice today on 02036596162 or email us at email@example.com
