My Biography

I am a graduate of the bar exams, and I was called to the bar namely, The Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn, in March 2007. I chose not to pursue a career as a barrister and instead worked for various law firms to cross qualify as a solicitor. I felt that this was not what I wanted to do and started lecturing at numerous Universities. During my time as a lecturer at Westminster University, I taught five subjects in law and was head of the Tax Law department. I have over 17 years’ experience both in practice and as a tutor of law. I am academically qualified. I have created The Law Clinic to provide free advice to individuals and affordable advice to businesses.

Employment Law

As a legal professional, I adopt a very thorough manner in tackling your issues to ensure that you receive first class employment law advice. I have dealt with numerous employment cases over time and this area of law is one that I am most passionate about. I constantly look to evaluate and embrace feedback we receive so that we improve our legal and professional appreciation of customer service. My office based in Ealing and provides a secure private location in which clients are able to meet with myself and feel comfortable enough to disclose their most challenging issues that they may be facing in the workplace.

I am able to support both individuals and businesses with any employment law issues such as wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal, disciplinary, harassment and redundancy. I have supported numerous clients get settlements from their employers through Early Conciliation, and have an excellent working relationship with Acas.

I am often representing employees in the Employment Tribunal and have traveled to numerous Tribunals across the country. I am able to assess the likelihood of success at the very start of a case and I am able to support clients with the preparation of their case including drafting claim forms, particulars, witness statements and schedules of loss and also representing you at the Tribunal. I am also able to look over settlement agreements for clients and advise them on their positions when leaving a company.

I represent employers by supporting with drafting of employment contracts, advising on how to proceed in relation to issues they may have with their employees,  also supporting in the drafting of  ET3’s , witness statements and can provide representation at the employment tribunal.
